Taranaki Cathedral of St Mary

Taranaki Cathedral is the newest Cathedral in the Anglican Communion - dedicated as a Church in 1864 and as a Cathedral in 2010. May you find here a "thin" place, bordering heaven and earth - a place to encounter Jesus the "Living Bread", and "The Water of Life". A Eucharistic community defined by our prayer, love and Godly action. Home for your pilgrimage, and, full of wonder, a deeper awareness of God's love for you and this world - no matter who you are, or from where you have physically or spiritually journeyed.
