Parish Picnic this Sunday, Jan 31st Join us on Pūkākā Pa / Marsland Hill from 12 noon as we celebrate a new year together – the 175th for our parish! BYO your picnic essentials (no glass or alcohol please). There will be a recital given on The Kibby Carillon as part of the event and it will be a lovely chance for us to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate the beginning of a special year for our Parish.

Ash Wednesday Preparation It is almost THAT time of year again- when we burn last year’s Palm Sunday Crosses into ashes for our upcoming Ash Wednesday service.  If you have some crosses lurking could you please bring them to the parish office by Monday 15 February.

Welcome Rukas! We are thrilled that Jay and his family are officially “locals” and part of our community! Jay will be on-site at the Cathedral from this coming Monday 1 February.  As a sign of our hospitality, we would like to gift them a week of meals from ‘My Foodbag’, to help make the transition slightly less complicated. If you would like to contribute, please bring a donation to Jen in the Parish Office.

Food 4 Thought Our bible study group Food 4 Thought resumes on Thursday, February 11th (and weekly thereafter) at 10am in the Upper Hatherly Chapel. New members are warmly welcome.  Come along or contact  Kerry on 753 3004 for more details.
