The group invites all who have experienced grief/loss to find a support group. The aim of the group is to offer friendship comfort for the present, hope for the future and inner peace through shared loving support. Our motto:

In our togetherness we will be able to gain new friends, perhaps some insight into ourselves and others' spiritual, physical and emotional states, but most of all, to know that we are loved and not alone in our grieving. Christine sees herself as a facilitator and has the support of the Cathedral clergy team.

Grief cn come in many forms, e.g. death of a loved one or pet, divorce, accident (ill health), loss of work.
